Sisters Forever | St. Louis Family Photographer

Sisters share a special bond. Sometimes that bond doesn’t appear so loving and sometimes it is as strong as steel. These ladies are no different. There were times during our session when they looked more like best friends than sisters. There were other times when they didn’t want to stand or sit next to each other – typical!

As a family photographer, I think it’s so important to to capture all the facets of the relationships within a family. I know as a mother, I want to remember that when my kids were young, they liked to play together but they also fought occasionally – OK, maybe more than occasionally. These are then things I will forget all too soon.

It’s so funny how these sisters relationship is still the same as it was the first time I photographed them several years ago. I hope I get to follow along in their journey for many years to come.
