Beautiful evening for a photo shoot

As you can see from the photos below, this was one of the most beautiful fall evenings I have ever seen. The funny thing is that this session (along with several of my fall mini sessions) had to be rescheduled due to rain the weekend prior. I am so glad it rained on the originally scheduled date so we could get this glorious evening.

I have photographed this adorable family for several years and I have to say that this year’s photos were my favorite – am I allowed to say that? You can check out last year’s session here. The evening was beautiful, the light was amazing, and they are just so easy to photograph!

Special moments…

It can be so hard during a quick mini session to slow down and look for those sweet, spontaneous moments. Lucky for me, and for them, we captured quite a few. I am just teary eyed at the look in this little girl’s face. Can you sense how much she loves her Daddy? Do you see the look of love on this Momma’s face? I love my job!!!

These kiddos tho…

These kiddos are as sweet as they are adorable. This little lady is so easy to photograph, she takes direction so well and has such a lovely smile. Her little brother is quite the ham, if you couldn’t tell. I love seeing them each year and watching their personalities develop. The only hard part is watching them get older.

Here are just a few more that I couldn’t resist posting. Sometimes it’s so hard to narrow down the photos when photographing such an adorable family. D Family, I am so grateful that you have chosen me year after year. I hope to see you again this coming fall.
