Loyalty Speaks Volumes

Have you ever thought about why you buy from the same stores over and over? Or why you have your hair cut by the same stylist? Or why you buy the same brand of shoes when your old pair wears out?

If you have thought about it, you probably have answers similar to the following: I like the products that one particular store offers, the stylist just knows how to make my hair look good, or the shoes are so comfortable and stylish I need another pair!

When it comes to photography, clients loyalty isn’t just appreciated, it’s vital. Most photographers rely on repeat clients and also on word of mouth and I am no exception. I work very hard to create a wonderful experience for my clients. Being a naturally friendly person, I find that part is easy. I also try to make sure all the other interactions my clients have with my business are easy and efficient. The families I work with are busy and I do not want to waste anyone’s time by making booking process, payment process, or order process complicated.

OK, enough of that, let’s look at THE most loyal clients I have every had.

Fall Family Session

Our session this past fall was originally scheduled on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, our area was covered in cold rain that day so we had to reschedule. Miraculously, the following day the weather forecast called for warm sunshine – that’s fall weather for you. We turned out getting the kind of weather you dream about.

Sweet Little Ladies

What can I say about these two, sweet little ladies? I actually look forward to seeing them every year. Their mom does such a great job preparing them before the session starts. When they arrive at the session, they know that “Miss Kerie is the boss” as their mom says, and they listen to my instructions so well but have fun at the same time.

I have been photographing the oldest little lady since she was 6 months old and the younger since she was a newborn. I can honestly say that I have watched them grow up and was privileged enough to document it for their parents (and me, too)! Take a look at some of the images I captured this year.

Family Fun

Obviously, this family has chosen me to photograph them year after year because they love my photography. I hope they also chose me because I have created an opportunity to make special family memories having fun together while having it captured by me.
